Real Estate Development

Support real estate development while respecting the capacity of natural resources and the village context of Dunham.

Study to determine the impacts of climate change in Dunham and analysis of solutions adapted to our city.

Tourism and Cultural Development

Organize annual events: Dunham Fall Festival, Family Cycling Days, etc.

Economic Development and Business Support

Environmental Protection and Lac Selby Management

Develop a coordinated revitalization plan for Lac Selby in collaboration with the Association for the Protection of the Environment of Lac Selby (APELS).

Review and optimize management strategies for sensors and sediment analysis.

Implement preventive measures to reduce phosphorus and sediment inputs upstream of the lake.

Adopt a strict annual maintenance schedule (cleaning and inspection of equipment such as sediment collector, buoys, etc.).

Resolve the issue of unidentified pipelines on Valiquette Street.

Enhance and democratize public access to the lake for all citizens.

Establish a municipal washing station for watercraft.

Publish a detailed Lac Selby plan on the city’s website (public areas, boating regulations, washing procedures).

Support the preservation of an undeveloped land strip on the southwest side of Lac Selby.
